Yoga for all levels in a calm, beautiful 100 year old building. Summer Yoga will be held on Tuesdays for $7.50 a class. 5:30 pm – Yin Yoga, 7pm Ashtanga. 
Ashtanga Yoga focuses on muscle training and developing physical strength. It rejuvenates your body, making it stronger, toned, more flexible and controlled. 
Yin yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses.
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles. Yin yoga improves energy flow to our organs.  To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

 

Meet our Yoga Instructor

Hello, my name is Joe and I’ve been practicing yoga for about 10 years now.  I took my first yoga class a few blocks away from Foundry, after I was floored and immediately hooked.  In February of 2018 I decided to do some traveling and ended up going to India for yoga teacher training.  It was an amazing experience on so many levels, and I couldn’t be happier to share, learn and grow with my fellow community members right down the road from where I first started this journey!  Foundry is an amazing building with great energy, it makes a beautiful place to practice yoga!!!
